Passport Request submission and Retrieval for TRV

I recently got approval mail as seen in my CIC account on 10th March 2019 and my Study permit application is treated at Nairobi, Kenya, and I submitted my passport at VAC Lagos on 12th March. This is 28th March, 2019 and no update from CIC and VAC. Have sent series of mail, no response! I am loosing it as this is frustrating for me.. Please advice me on what to do

VAC should have sent emails constantly updating you on the location of your passport. when I submitted my passport I got emails to say VAC received it, sent it off then IRRC emails that the received it stamped it and sent it back the VAC said it was ready for collection. that all took 4 days.

hello tracy..i've been trying to track the status of the passport my mum submitted to the vac with the tracking id that she was given but i dont seem to be making any headway..can you please help?
