Hi guys,
I want to submit passport to CPC-ottawa, by using Canada Post Xpresspost can i use CPC-O's courier address? or i have to go with PO box? As i wish to get a signature, not sure whether Canada Post Xpresspost is good....

Do not use Canada post they are god awful I have use they many times and all they do is create delays such as packages being stuck in customs weeks at a time before it reached the final destination. If FedEx is available use them instead as they are more reliable.

I've a query. PPR email mentions two letter size envelops must be send, second one being the returning envelop. Question is are we allow the fold the second envelop to fit it in the first one? Being same size, I don't see any other option.
In my opinion, logical way would be enclosing a passport size envelop in the letter sized but not sure as VO email specifically mentions this. If you can share your experience it would be great! Thanks!
