I currently have an FSW immigration application pending with a February 2021 AOR, however, our medical exams have expired a while ago. Currently, the IRCC status just mentions that no medical exam is required, but based on the experiences of others, I do anticipate being asked to undergo a re-medical.
However, my child's passport is expiring and I have to submit it for renewal with a wait time of 10-12 weeks. If I am requested for a re-medical during this time, how much time will IRCC allow me to undergo the re-medicals and submit them ? If I remember correctly, a passport is required for the medical exam. If I am unable to submit the re-medicals in the time allowed by IRCC, what options will I have ?
