Already did medicals last year..should i need to undergo medical exam again

I have a query me and my family already underwent for medical exam last year October at the time of our work permit visa, my question is should we need to undergo for new medical exam or the old one will work. if old one will work what document should i submit in the express entry medicals column....

I landed in canada last year but without pr , I am on work permit.

I am not an expert and can't give you a link but suspect you would have to redo the medicals as part of PR qualifications to rule out any condition that could be a drain on health care services.
