My visitor visa application on paper was approved today. Today at around 12pm I received an email from VFS that the decision package has been dispatched from IRCC to VFS New York office.
Do you think my passport will be available for pickup tomorrow?

Why not call VFS New York?

Most likely it will be ready for pickup. Just to be 100% you can give a day more to pick it up.
