No counterfoil and correspondence update in new portal but passport dispatched from VFS

Hello folks !

Last week , I sent my spouse ‘s and kid’s passport for stamping in New Delhi .
After multiple steps , their account on new portal got updated with approved status mentioning date.

Today ,they got email saying that their passport has been dispatched from VFS to provided address but I haven’t seen any update on new portal regarding the counterfoil and correspondence letter or email from IRCC for same .Any one with same experience. Is it a technical issue for portal or something else??

Hello!

I have the same issue. Did you get the visa eventually?

It could take time to get updated on the website, check your passport once received. Hopefully, the visa will be pasted there.
