I got an email yesterday (August 20th) saying that my passport had been dispatched from the IRCC office with a decision on my student visa.
It’s been more than 24 hours since I got this email but I have not yet received any update on my GC key with a counterfoil document or a port of entry letter.
Has anyone faced a similar issue? Should I raise a web form. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks.
