Anyone who knows if it is possible to personally pick up passport in Canadian Embassy, Abu Dhabi?

The thing is they have to send it back via courier as I sent it with a prepaid airway bill but they are holding it longer since they are waiting for my medical result. The problem is I haven't receive the letter informing me to undergo the medical so they emailed me for it and will be sending back my passport. I am just worried if it will take long time for them to send it back. I am just wondering if I could personally pick it up from their office.
