Hello friends , someone please help or any suggestions. I sent my passport after i received my ppr email on 26 may and passport was received at cic ottawa on 19 th of june. I am still waiting for my passport and the return tracker has not been activated till now. It has been slmost 3 weeks now and i see many people receiving their passports in less than two weeks. I called the cic helpline and they advised to email cic ottawa as they dont have any information. Anyone please what should i do and how much time it can take to receive it back. Also do they update it in ecas after stamping? Thanks
