Passport fees question

Hello all,
I want to confirm that if someone applies for a Canadian passport at Canada passport (not service Canada) paying $160 for 10 years passport, there two options:

(A) Pay extra $20 for in-person pickup and this will be with in 10 business days.

(B) Or the passport will be sent by mail, won't need to pay the extra $20 but it will take 20 business days.

Is that correct?
