Passport dispatched but no medical request

I am from Nepal and had applied through VFS Kathmandu. Actually the processing time is 3 weeks and they took EXACT 3 weeks.

Is it possible that they have returned the passport for medicals? Or is it a sure shot refusal??

I submitted my study permit application on 4th April 2018 and was sent an email on 3rd of May 2018 that my processed passport is ready for collection without requesting for medical examination. Please what could this be?

It turned out to be rejection for me because in this case you must get a call for medical prior getting a text to collect your passport. Let us know what it is for you!

My passport has been dispatched today but I wasn't asked for any medicals. Does this mean my visa has been denied? There are no mails from CHC or VFS. Please suggest. Thanks
