Its weird I been "approved in gckey already, got the counterfoil, and my application was closed in tracker" then i got this email that i promptly replied to and its been crickets since. Not sure who i can reach out to about this since i already replied multiple times to the main email without response

Web form just says application still in progress? But tracker said its closed and GC key said it was approved.. Does that mean there reopening my application and to disregard the previous approval? They still have my passport that was already stamped just waiting there
if the countefoil is gernerated then it means its stamped right ..

Hi Guys, I got a letter saying we are in process of sending out your passport and if it’s Canada post please provide a new courier label because of canada post strike. Even though i did it via fedex

Yes it was stamped mine is the same as yours 100% lol. It really seems that office is slow. did you get any response when emailing the commercial invoice to the cic email that asked you for it? I tried over 5 times now with no response and when i called IRCC i was told to give it a few weeks . I dont think a fedex label is good for that long

when i called ircc they told me something about the strike affecting things . Not sure since we have fedex labels but maybe canada post brings the fedex package to fedex? I thought fedex would come pick it up at ircc

Did you guys get that email? It’s like a generic email sent that in case you have canada post label please email a new one and it confused me because i did not send anything with canada post

EDIT I am very worried as well i need my passport to do alot of things, banking driving etc etc... Not having it is a huge problem for me

Have gotten a update on Fedex that the package is on the move and will arrive today. you might receive it anytime soon.

from the day of approval to now guess its less than two weeks. Iguess background check where still running even though passport was asked , resubmitting photos can be an additional delay , overall 1 whole plus 10 days month
in fedex when you punch in your tracking number it shows " more than one shipment is found in this tracking number "
