Passport copy for PR card renewal

Hi all - I am submitting an application for the renewal of my PR card. I am in Canada and my PR card will be expiring by next month. please advise if I need to include all the pages of my passport along with my PR card renewal application or only the pages that shows the following the details? Thanks in advance.

• the document type and number;
• issue and expiry date;
• my name;
• my photo; and
• my date of birth

In order to avoid application being sent incomplete, I would include all pages of the passport.
