My work permit and new visitor visa(till dec 2025)was approved. I received my passport yesterday. Work permit sticker is pasted on it but not new visitor visa sticker. What should I do? I have a two year old visitor visa-expiring in april 2025.

Permits do not get pasted on passports, only visa does. You get the permit at point of entry. Permits are letter sized documents and won’t fit on passport pages.

I am coming as worker. I have my work visa, I am reading online that if I have work visa ,I need TRV also. So I thought with work visa stamp ,there should be a visitor visa stamp too. My husband went on student visa, when his visa came ,his passport got two sticker, one for study visa and one for visitor visa. I thought same will happen for my worker visa.
Ok my question,if worker visa sticker is pasted on my passport,I don't need anything else (like visitor visa) pasted in my passport??

If you have a valid work visa (work permit) and its corresponding TRV (Temporary Resident Visa) is pasted in your passport, you do not need a separate visitor visa. The TRV allows you to enter Canada, while the work permit allows you to legally work once you're inside. Unlike a student visa setup, for workers, the TRV typically covers entry for work purposes. As long as you have the work visa and TRV in your passport, you’re all set for both entry and employment in Canada.
