mine came after 2 two weeks, but my wife one did not yet.
are you ottawa resident?

i read one link somewhere on this forum about internal processing of CIC where they were still working on bill c-24 and they need some reviews from their staff before april 14. (Am not sure exact words, but this is what i remember)

So till april 14 its almost sure bill c-24 wont come into effect

If you don't mind from where u originally belong to?

Why don't you apply for yourself now? And then apply for wife when she gets her card
