If any one got experience on the following order, how many points will be awarded for his part time work?
From January 2004 to September 2008 on avearge 28 hrs per week, in total 4 years and 9 months(5824+1008)=6832 hrs
So will he get 6832/1950 (full time hrs per yers)=3.5 years which means 3 years of experience??? Please express your valuable opinion.
