part time program but study full time

Hi,
I am in a part time program in BCIT.
But according to BCIT, more than 9 credits in-class course is considered as a full time student.
So my question is:
1. Am I eligible for PGWP?
I don't know the full time in CIC means full time program or full time student status?

2. After this one-year part time program, I will continue study the 2nd year, which is a full time one-year program.
After these 2year (one year part time program, but I am considered as a full time student + one year full time program), can I get 3 year work permit?

If you have a study permit, then you SHOULD be enrolled in full time courses during normal academic year ( Sep-Apr)

other than that, you are miss using your study permit

With a valid study permit in hand, you could be a part time student as well. However, you won't get PGWP and will be disqualified for OCWP.
