Part time Off Campus - Condition Letter

Hi All,

I got study permit with a condition letter and am studying ESL, can I work part time off campus ( 20hrs/ week)? My study permit remark said that: may accept employment off or on campus if meeting eligibility criteria as per R186(F) , (V) or (W). Must ceasing working if no longger meeting these criteria

You are not eligible to work off campus if you are:

1.enrolled in an English as a Second Language or French as a Second Language program,
2.taking a general interest course or program, or
3.a visiting or exchange student at a designated learning institution.
