Part time and Full Time hours

Hello,

I just graduated and still on part time hours (contract)and looking for a full time work soon.

I was just wondering if my part time hours(15 hours) will be counted together(combine) with the full time hours as soon as I apply for PR?

CEC? FSW? Is it skilled then yes for CEC.

For example...

i have gained 180 hours for part time. and 1380 hours for full time.... a total of 1560 hrs combined.

will i be able to apply for PR then?

If it equals at least 12 months of full time experience and 1560 hours.
