Full time Job could be less than 30 hrs?

Hi,

Usually, I work 5 days per week and I hade near hrs to 30, sometimes 27 hrs, that case its a part-time or can I apply for full-time work? If characterized as part-time I will need to count the hours to the total informed and wait to complete the 2 years?

*Full-time work refers to at least 30 hours per week. For part-time work, the applicant could have worked more or less than 15 hours per week as long as it adds up to 1,560 hours.
