They gave priority to these applicants according the whatsapp group,many got DM and PPR ,i haven't ordered any notes and i have no idea if they are helpful or not,How your BGC looks like on GCKey?

Isn’t reuniting families Canada’s top immigration priority? How can this be? I have a 2 and 5 year old , I can’t understand how they can do this to families specially with young kids, they need their parents!

Well yes thats what they are saying..it's priority but i don't believe them when i see Express Entry apps finalized within 6 months and less and Family sponsorship is 12 months...lets pray and hope for the best...My BGC is not even started

It is in process since pre-arrival. Sorry to hear that your background check hasn’t started yet. Let’s hope once it starts goes quickly and not like mine!

I think so...My GCKey haven't changed since december and only medical; this is how it looks like :
Application status : We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you.
Review of eligibility : We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
Review of medical results :You passed the medical exam.
Review of additional documents : We are reviewing the additional documents you provided.
Interview : You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes
Biometrics : We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes.
Background check Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check.
Final decision :Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

Started processing appl: 24/10/2017
Medical passed: February 2018

I think ehab is right since the Iranian complained in Whatcom there was a lot of DM for EE and PNP. Also the month of April and May they were working on students visa. I don't know what will happen in summer. I really think we need to do something about it.

Thats a great intiative ! I dont have twitter but I hope everyone who does can tag the paris Vo and CIC to get their attention .Paris VO is becoming almost as slow as NDVO ... which is soo sad as it used to be one of the fastest !
