I don't think you should panic yet. The process time for Libya is 15 months. I know Paris has the fastest process time but each country has its own time. Hopefully you will hear good news soon
Medical results have been received
1. We are wondering if you had any update on our application since your last Email , Is it normal to not hear anything from VO after almost 8 Months in process? We are getting very worried at this point , Please respond at your earliest convenience.
>>No, it is not out of the ordinary not to receive the Acknowledgement of Receipt (AOR) from the visa office after the first stage approval (approval of the sponsor). In some cases, the AOR is skipped if additional or updated documents are required. In your case, this will likely be the request for medical renewal.
2. Should we schedule a appointment to have Xxxxx Medical redone , as it expires in January?
>>No, as you will need to wait for a medical form that the visa office will issue to you before proceeding with the renewal. We expect that the visa office will issue this form to you once they are in a position to request for the renewals to be completed.
A request for update is on route to the visa office for you. As always, rest assured that all new communication received from the visa office will automatically be scanned to the client, so you will be immediately informed as soon as any news/further instruction is received regarding your case......
