If yes my AOR is on 8/jan/2015.

Yes but this time letter was sent via email not like AOR which was regular Canada Post mail.

I asked them to process from here. But you have to attach the proof that your parents will stay in canada for one year from the day you submit application

i applied in dec 2008
File transfer july 2012
Got first medical in nov 2012
Fingerprint done in feb 2013
Remedical in oct 2014
3 dependent all under 22 at the time
Travel history my dad use to live in philippines and they came to canada 3x
