I applied for my mother in jan 2008
Received approval in jan 2011
Then she received pp request with medical and pcc in Oct 2012
And asked for re medical and pcc in jan 2013
Two weeks ago her status was changed to decision made.
I'm worried what would be the next step.
Can anyone help me with any info

Your mother should be receiving a letter or email telling her about the decision. Hopefully it will also be a passport request.

This is something I don't understand about what CIC is doing. They requested your mother's passport two years ago, and presumably still have it? It sounds crazy to me. This would put a damper on any travel. Am I misunderstanding this?

you are not, it is crazy.... Dsnt make sense to hold someone's pp for that long.
My mother is putting up by herself which is very stressful for me and my brother
But we can't do anything other than waiting.....
We can't trust them anymore..I don't kno what they gonna do next.

first if all i think the remedical and pcc was i think in jan 2014
and another with remedical wich pcc they had asked for again from you ....

You are right they asked for police clearance in jan 2014 via email and then sent her passport back and asked for the medical in Feb

Morning guys,

I sponsor my parents. Ottawa office requested my parents passport on OCt 3,2014. They got passports on Oct 6th. However, still in waiting now, nothing come back. Usually how long it will take? my parents worry about it.

JUNE 27, 2013 QUEBEC SELECTION WAS SUBMITTED TO ISLAMABAD PAKSITAN


Since I submitted Quebec Selection to Islamabad, I have no answer.

March 06, 2014 emailed to Islamabad immigration inquiry for the status of my application (no response).

July 07, 2014 Contacted MP to inquire about the application. ( no response yet from MP)

I am too worried. What should I do now? Because my country mates who did sponsor just a few months before me. They already have asked to submit the passport in November 2013.


Any suggestion please.......

One of my friend applied in Feb 2008 and his parents are already landed to Canada in July 2014. His application was only 6 month mature than my application. What should I do any suggestion please.....

Hi,

Does anyone's e-case change status from "received" to "in process" yet after additional documents submitted to Ottawa? (Particularly for people who received the request letter dated July 31, 2014)

I submitted mine on Sept 30, 2014 and they received on Oct 2, 2014, but still in "application received" status. Nothing in e-case change yet.
