Finally we got Maple stamp
On 24 we got call frm new Delhi thy enquired abt me n my bro passports as thy r expiring in Nov ,bt we already sent renewed passports n after 2 days we got decision made n on 29 we got passport request thy asked us to submitt passports at vfs (Chandigarh) on 3 we got passports back wd visa um leaving fr my destination Canada tonight

peoples who send their requested documents in aug2014 with couriers or post.did u track ur package? I dnt have track no. I send package on 1oct.

I check track number of courier service and I saw that they make lost my package. And they are investigation. If my package were lost by courier service so I can send copy option C and application form instead of original and include explaination that courier service make lost my application.

While the endless wait continues for the sponsorship files, I am considering Super Visa for my parents in India. I would highly appreciate if I could get some tips from our forum members, on what I could do to ensure that the visa will be granted. Is it better for me to send the invitation as I am on my own with better financial, or my sibling who has family here with kids, but considering the number of people in my siblings household, I guess my financial could be better. Please advise. What are the things that would increase the chances of getting super visa?

When did you get the additional document request etc.? This will help us guess how long we should expect to have our files done. Thanks

Got additional medical test fr dad on 8 dec as he had bypass surgery in 2009
Got status update medical results received n start processing ur application on 26 dec
Got background check request fr dad as he is in Punjab police
Got interview request on 19nov 2013
Done wd interview on 28 Feb 2014
On 10 April got re medical request fr all four of us
Done wd re medical on 21 april
Got decision made on 26 Sep
Passports request on 28
Submitted pp on vfs Chandigarh
Received visa on 3 Oct
Landed on 6 Oct n got SIN card on same day
