Itz all depend on evaluation of medical expenses under section 3c . she can be inadmissible as immigrant if they think dat her present situation wud be threat nd undergo social assistance by exceeding medical expence to 7000 cad per year..
Itz all deoends n their calculation wch they ill prepare after evaluating prognosis send by ur panel physician.....

There are some posts in this forum by members who had their parents undergone a major surgery (heart surgery etc) and they were approved for PR. When your parents go for Medical Examination ask them to take all the reports with them along with details of procedure/surgery.

Same here. More than a month is going to complete now but still NO acknowledgement or any status update from CIC.
I also check the online status but it's still the old one that "application received on 2010, etc...".

So still waiting...

Yes I checked it, and I saw 2 lines that Application received on June 2010.

Once CIC receive your package they will check all the documents. If all required documents are complete and criteria for eligibility is met you will receive further updates either via mail or email. It can take a month or few months. Good Luck.

Finally we got Maple stamp
On 24 we got call frm new Delhi thy enquired abt me n my bro passports as thy r expiring in Nov ,bt we already sent renewed passports n after 2 days we got decision made n on 29 we got passport request thy asked us to submitt passports at vfs (Chandigarh) on 3 we got passports back wd visa um leaving fr my destination Canada tonight
