but my father lives in UAE nd my mother nd dependents lives in india so which address is good? every year my father went to india for 30 to 45 days. and what about for intended occupation?
Hi please help me if you know the answer of my question:
The first step of my parents sponsorship was approved and now they asked for additional documents.
They asked for police certificate and other forms .
They come to canada by visitor visa last week. Now they are hear in canada. But for police certificate they should come back to our home country. But they are old. And it is hard for them to travel back again soon .
I have 2 question:
1. Is it possible to send other forms and documents now and later when they come back they send the police certificate?
2. How many days do we have to send them these documents ?
Same thing for me for my parent visa application. I received a letter dated 30 July 2014 on 29 July 2014. The checklist is missing items 4 to 7. I am sending back the original form today with a letter asking for a complete checklist.
Hello Guys. Regarding our DECISION MADE result in ECAS, my sister (our sponsor in getting to canada) actually got a letter. About a refuse letter (as of now) from the console but calling for ammendment/appeal. Some things we need to fix regarding the Name of my father problem (due to his childhood problem) so it's a name problem. My sister already sent the file appealing to it. I hope for good results. Some of our relative says were still lucky because we haven't recieved a DENY LETTER. Pray for me guys.

They never do lyk dis unless untill itz big issue regarding authentication f name. Moreover they r nt authorised to send any deny letter in one instant. Every applicant has power to challenge their decision regarding their file through appeal provided wid geninune nd strong side.

Frm effective 1 august 2014 cic has changed da defination f dependents. New age f dependents get reduced to 19 frm 22 nd full time study rule has also been vanished.
Hi. Well the problem of my father his name was changed from Elpido to Edmundo (during his childhood old superstitious says when a child is always ill you need to change the name of your kid) so like they intend to change it forgetting about statistic stuffs. Well we already send our appeal to that. My sister already consult his lawyer and help her to send some forms accompanying her feedback/appeal. At first we were discouraged about the result yet still on positive side.
