Another question, We had 2 newborns added to our family. One in 2011 and one at end of 2012. Do I need to report that to CIC and if I do, Will CIC reassess my financial standing for 2011 and 2012 according to the new LICO numbers or the old numbers (without + 30%).
I am just worried if I will fall below the requirement and cic will reject. It is really confusing and not clear how CIC deals with cases there is new addition to the family and what year's income will be reassessed using and if new or old LICO numbers will be used.
The +30% DOES NOT APPLY to your application. That's for the new ones from 2014 only.
But family size increase may be taken into account by CIC.
Still the old LICO, but # of total people supported would obviously increase.....so they may look at that. Submit Option-C for all the years they asked....

I have a similar question - when I initially applied, I didnt have any kids and now I have 2. I am NOT concerned about LICO as I still meet the requirement even if they were to include my 2 kids. Question is: do I need to inform CIC that I had 2 kids between then and now. I see it all over the place to inform CIC of change in circumstances but I assume its for the principal applicant and not the sponsor.

We applied in July 2010, still have not received the 90 day letter. Called CIC help desk and they have no idea if letters were sent beyond May28th processing date. Many people in the forum have received the letters until 2011. What is the best way to resolve this with CIC? Is there someone else in a similar situation?
