Need help!!
I have received an email asking to resubmit the form IMM 5406 Additional Family Information (pdf form) with the principal applicant's handwritten signature. I am the sponsor as well as the representative. I am trying to write the names in native language, but it is not allowing me to do so. Also, it is not allowing me to validate the form, no barcodes generated!! Showing no errors. What can I do?

Which date in July if you don’t mind me asking. I submitted mine on July 21 and haven’t heard anything yet

I received email month ago regarding submitting incomplete IMM5406 additional family information
I submitted 2 days later, and today again I got an email that its still incomplete, submit it again

I don't have date of birth for some siblings of parents who are deceased and given written explanation for not having date of births
Not sure what more should i add into this form IMM5406

Can someone help, what more to be included

I had to print the typed forms out, then manually wrote the names on the forms.
If I remember correctly there are no barcodes generated for this form once you validate them.

I got PCC letter 1 month ago and I got PCC letter from local Police Commissioner but somebody told that IRCC will consider only PCC letter issued by Passport Authority. Now we have done the formalities and got the PCC letter after 13 days.

Can anybody guide what next after submission of PCC letter to IRCC
