I sent our PGP Application on May 30

There is zero reason to call to get the temporary number. Be patient and you’ll get AOR in time. Waste resources and your time.

Oh I just realized that we can add the information ourselves to the spread sheet. The spreadsheet is not protected. Someone may inadvertently damage the data on the file. I guess it should be a protected file.

Weve had all bio metrics, medical, police cleared but just stuck on pending passport request?

For Outland applicants, you will need to complete Landing procedures at a port of entry on or before the earliest of the following:
1. COPR/Medical expiry date (usually 12 months) - COPR validity is tied to medical expiry
2. If you hold a passport from a country that requires a Visa: before Visa counterfoil expiry date - if passport is valid for less than 12 months, your COPR and Visa validity are reduced to passport expiry
3. If you hold a passport from a country that requires an eTA in lieu of a Visa counterfoil: before COPR expiry date (usually 12 months)

According to reply #969 (a few posts before you), the spread sheet is unprotected and you can add information yourself.
