I received the AOR/PCC email today. Jul 13 applicant.
Jul 14 submission- received AOR/PCC request today
I just received a general email that file forwarded to CPC Mississauga office with a statement "You have met the requirements for eligibility as a sponsor". I did not know there is such a letter to expect and my past emails were already from this office.
Anyway it is just general rules on where to update any changes and nothing for me to do and asking to wait for next steps.
Probably means, praise the Lord and sit tight.
Just sharing this update to increase our collective understanding on the steps.
IRCC always send this letter to let the sponsor know if he/she met the eligibility or not.

Can you confirm how you received the letters for Biometric & sponsorship eligibility? Was it through the CIC portal or email? If email, was it the sponsor's email or the parents' email? Thanks!

Biometric email on parents email address. Eligibility email was on my email address.

In the AOR/PCC email, CIC asks to confirm Applicant and Dependents' email addresses, can I update them to the Sponsor's email (my email) so that I would receive all future updates for convenience, or do they have to be their own email address?

i received a letter that my son have met the eligibility to sponsor my parents asking submission of PCC certificates, Passport travel documents, update residential address and e.mail address from Mississauga office. My son has already submitted PCC certificate on 17/11/2024 and other document remains same. No updates after submission of PCC certificate.
Now waiting for Biomatric and Medical, can any one focus on the same.

This is a slow process so there will be long periods where you don’t hear anything that is normal.

It is pointless to obsess about offices and processing times. PGP in general take a while and you can’t change offices. Be happy you get to sponsor your parents and most got very lucky when there was a second draw this calendar year for some reason right before IRCC reduced the quotas.
Once we receive the AOR email. The GCKey account must be created in the name of the principal applicant or the sponsor?
