Same for me by yesterday. I received biometric request letter this morning. Will need to do biometric again.

Does anyone knows how to submit IMM5768 via the Case Specific Enquiry?

What should I choose under "Type of Application/Enquiry" field?

On the AOR it is also mentioned "Please include "PGP-Sponsorship" in the subject line of the email" but there was no option to send the form via email. Either via Cases Specific Enquiry or CPC Office.

Please advise.

Hi All,
My parents got a latter for submitting the police clearance certificate. We have applied for the police clearance certificate already but have not yet received. The letter states that we must notify the office if we are unable to submit the documents before the due date with proof. I have two questions:
1. Which email address do I write to?
2. What proof can I provide?
It would be great to hear if anyone has any experience in this before.
