I notice a lot of IMM 5406 request here, we were ask for this as well and its weird cause I remember filling up the webform at the beginning and they specifically said that put only the children that are eligible to accompany and not the ones that are not and the children that are already in Canada PR/Citizen. And now they're asking again to send the forms cause we "send an incomplete file".

That instruction is for IMM0008 not IMM 5406. If you did that for IMM 5406, then you have missed information of adult children (including yourself)

I submitted my application last november 24, 2023, as of this moment still no AOR march 07, 2024.
is there anyone here still waiting for AOR for over 3 months now?

Submitted original application on Nov 2nd, got request for additional documents on Feb 1, linked application to GCKey as well but still no AOR.

Here’s our PGP2023 timeline.

• Submitted: 15 Oct 2023
• Additional Documents requested: 15 Jan 2024
• AOR: 1 Feb 2024
• Biometric Request: 01 March 2024
• Medical Request: 07 March 2024
• Got a mail on Feb 26 to submit IMM 5768 if it wasn’t already submitted with original application. I called CIC to confirm if they need a new one but agent told me to resubmit the same one just incase.

one important question, should I receive confirmation email when I submitted requested forms? I submitted but didn't receive any confirmation that they received the email

Depends on how you submit the document. On one occasion i was asked to email the document to one email address to which i got no confirmation, but the next time i was asked to upload the document via webform and for that i got a confirmation after 5-7 days that the document was added to my file. If it has been a few days you can phone IRCC and they'll be able to tell if they got your document

Application number and UCI -> the lady gave me the UCI over the phone

then she asked me to use ->Place of birth and country

and finally make sure to count yourself in the number of family members included in the application, I was entering 2 for my parents, but I was asked to enter 3 and it worked.

Yes. I believe co-signer needs to be added to family size for linking.
