Questions:
Is there a step by step process/procedure available on how to apply?
Dependents below age of 18 are eligible for this? Correct? i.e. Dependent here is sister.

The application guide line and instruction with the document checklist are the "step by step" process.
children under 22 years old (i.e. 21 years old or younger) that is single/not in a common law relationship need to be included as dependent.

Need advice - I received invite for my parents today.. I got divorced in 2021 and now for income cutoff. i could not able to qualify on my own for 2020 as during that time I was married and we both jointly qualified for income cut off. As now my EX will not be the part of application for sponsoring my parents .... what willbe my options to qualify for 2020 Income cutoff

Unfortunately , You do not have any option , as IRCC is very strict on income

Hello question, Can a person add in their mother if in 2020 they only submitted info to sponsor of their father ? Can't recall if the mother's info was submitted back in 2020 and no way to check this.

Yes you can as you were supposed to include both parents. As long as you meet LICO, they both pass the medicals and Include all documentation then you should be okay.

Anyone has received the invite this year that confirmation starts with two alphabet or seen someone who dis? Majority I have seen are two numbers or one alphabet and one number

1. Yes unless it was a short trip, you are the better judge. I mentioned all the address they were in with dates for last 10 years
2. Mention the country of birth atleast and mention date of death not available. If available just mention the year of death. I suggest writing an explanation letter
3. For Indians its safe to upload 10th markscard instead of birth certificate. You will have to check what's ideal in your situation. If you are applying for grand parents you need to prove the relationship with official documentation, a simple affidevit will not work.

1. They were short trips of around a month, but I guess will add the details.
2. Will leave the date of death field blank as not its mandatory and will fill the textbox underneath to list the year of death and address.
3. Not Applying for grand parents, so I am guessing just the sponsors birth Certificate will do.

He must meet LICO for 2020, 2021 and 2022 so if selected and you meet the requirements then you are eligible. IRCC doesn’t ask for LICO for any years prior.

That isn’t guaranteed. They could actually start verifying whether people qualified to meet EOI2020 at any time. People not meeting income for the past 3 years or parents not qualifying for other reasons is why they invite more people asdume many will not qualify.

None of the policies are fair. We only accept or reject them. I met LICO requirement for 10 years, but I am still waiting for an invitation.

You should be complaining to your local MP, contact a reporter or even better sue IRCC for not verifying that people qualified for EOI2020 to get PR for their parents. IRCC not following it’s own guidelines is maddening,

If she has supervisa and she can stay up to 5 years, then I would put your Canadian mailing and res. address.
