I have the same status same date. Received the passport request today. trying to follow on VFS website is not straight forward to sent passport by courier.

File was transferred to Vancouver; biometrics were done in March, and no medical request yet.

Here is my timeline:

App submitted: Dec 14 2023

Biometrics & AOR: June 18 2024

Sponsor Eligibility letter: June 24 2024 (file transferred to Vancouver for processing)

Medical request and pre arrreceived on GC Key portal: July 9 2024

But PCC not received yet.

Can you share yours.

Need advice!

This is frustrating - I had submitted the PGP application online in Nov 2023. And in March 2023 received a letter asking for the financial proof form to be submitted again, which I did via the email address provided in the letter. In April I received the same letter again, again submitted via the email they mentioned in the new letter.
In June I received the same letter, this time they asked me to submit the form via the web form updating link:https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx - which I did!

Today I have received the SAME letter with a warning this is the last attempt for me to submit the document! Honestly, I don't know what's wrong with their system - do they not receive the documents? What am I supposed to do? I called them but they said due to increased call volume we can't connect you to an agent! Suggestions please on how to proceed. Thanks a LOT!!

Hi, I have below updates on Final Decision as of today and I can see two documents showing up but there is not document that I can see. Can someone explain what does this mean? Are we going to recieve paper COPR along with stamped passports?
It was an outland application sent in Nov 2023.

For IMM5406, for both my parents siblings few of them never had an email address so I have inputted “unknown” as advised in the form. Will my parents still need to provide letter of explanation for this? Will the letters of explanation need to be signed by them or it can be word document?

I did hand sign - took a print out, signed it and sent the scanned copy. Their latest letter says update employment status and my last 3 submissions had the employment status updated too. I am currently unemployed, do you think they want to know if that changed? Technically that shouldn’t be a concern cause they check the last three years and the current year isn’t over so current status won’t hold for the entire year. I already am above the threshold with a recent job loss due to layoffs.

For passport submission, The letter says Step 1: changes in circumstances, if there is no change in circumstances do we need to include anything to inform there is no changes in circumstances?

when usually a person get SPONSER el;gilbity letter and does it says iF not included in application plz provide like update residential address, PERMANENT RESIDENCE FEE,PCC,CV,MILITRAY THING IF APPLICABLE AND ALL ...COULD ANY ONE ANSWER THAT PLEASE

I got email too. And I also replied email directly as well. There is no other email address in the PDF. So I think we should be fine.
