How to access ecas? I have tried it never worked for me.

I submitted on October, sent additional documents the end of Feb, 2024, still can not link, no aor, i do not know what is wrong inside. Called them, just said in process....

How long after the medical exam is done the account shows it? My mom did a week ago but still no change in the medical status in her account.

I inquired through web form about the documents that I sent to IRCC if they have received it as we don't get any receipts when you send the documents they requested. After 3 days, I received a response confirming that they have received the documents. In the same email, a sentence that says:

"Furthermore, we have verified the information you provided and can confirm that we received your application. It will be processed according to the date it was received."

Is this considered an AOR?
