When you say upfront medical does that mean they accepted the medical from the Visitor/Super visa application ?

Just bring any prescription medication they are taking and also their medical reports (if available) for the BP and diabetes. Although, I don't think the panel physician will need the medical reports but just in case.

Kidney function will be the biggest issue. If they use insulin that may also be a factor in terms of cost. How severe their HBP is and how severe their Diabetes and how well it is controlled will be the primary issue. The biggest concern will be kidney function because of the risk of needing dialysis and/or a kidney transplant and the high expense or both. Low kidney function is one of the top reasons for refusal based on excessive demand.

Question: To those who have sucessfuly submitted document via IRCC account. We submitted police certificates and other documents through IRCC account. After the submission (describe document, upload, signed)..there is now no options to upload the document. Is it suppose to be like this? Will we get any ack of document submittion, like we get email when we sent document via webform.

For me, there was no option to re-submit the document. Once submitted, it shows the name of the submitted document. There was no acknowledgment email.
