My dad and mom are due for their medical examination. My mom's will be upfront but my dad had a heart attack couple of months back and is on medication and all is well so far, thank god. He will be taking his latest reports with him. I'm a bit worried about medical inadmissibility. Any thoughts?
 
We received PPR on Dec 12th. When requesting appointment online to submit Passport, they are asking to upload separate letter from IRCC for individual member. How to overcome this obstacle?

Just be trueful about his condition. Not much you can really do. If he's ok (condition managed by current medication), the medical review will be fine.

Upload copies of the same letter for each of them.
