There is no information on my mom's application after Sponsorship approval. I so much hope she gets her PR as her medical insurance is up for renewal and its a lot of money.

I renewed twice for my parents already for 4 months. PR will take longer for sure.

Finalized applications and decisions on applications received from 2020 to 2022
The vast majority of applications received from the 2020 intake and just over half from the 2021 intake had been finalized by August 2, 2023. Only 1% of applications received from the 2022 intake had been finalized by August 2, 2023. The vast majority of finalized applications received from all intake periods were approved.

Use calling method and automated service should tell you your status thats what i did too!

That it's going to be a long wait for many of us as just 1% were finalized by August. Plus given the higher volumes for 2021 the pending inventory is quite high which does not help 2022 applicants.

Current processing time shows 21 months. So we should be expecting almost another 12 months wait on average

It is difficult to say if it will be 21 months or more. I suspect it will be more (reasons stated in my previous response) unless they decide to prioritize PGP applications which is rather unlikely. The text published states:"Processing times in a given year are calculated based on 80% of applications finalized in the last 12 months and are not necessarily applications received in that year. Furthermore, the start of the processing time is determined when the application has been deemed complete as opposed to when the applications is received."

Call IRCC 1-888-242-2100. They will help you link the application over the phone
