I received letter of Sponsorship approval on Oct 16th. It states to provide with following documents if not submitted. There it states PCC also in that list along with Medical report and other documents which are already submitted. My question is do I wait for separate letter to request PCC or go ahead to obtain PCC now? Did everyone get separate requests to submit PCC? Medical request letter received Oct 10th and Medical was done on Oct12th. Please advise.

I would say go ahead and do it once they ask you can send it or webform before they ask too this way you save time and parents dont have to hurry up everything!!

They have provided with link on letter how to obtain PCC according to country. When I click on link it says following.

How to apply
You can apply for a Police Clearance Certificate at

• at your local district police station
• Passport office
• Indian embassy or consulate
• BLS International Centre

My question here is can we get from local police station or IRCC prefer it through passport office? I am not sure if there is any difference in PCC getting through these 2 routes.

Received pre arrival invitation on Oct 14th 2023
Also says medical passed Oct 19th 2023, but today is 18th October.
Not received sponsor approval yet. Is it common?

Yes, I guess. I received pre-arrival letter, Medical request 3 days later followed by Sponsorship approval week after. Yours should be on way too. All the best.

Yes, I guess. I received pre-arrival letter, Medical request 3 days later followed by Sponsorship approval week after. Yours should be on way too. All the best.

What is the COPR ETA after this stage?

We did it from Local police station however passport office is correct too.
