I am not sure when to submit the PCC, is it after getting the sponsor approval letter or whenever IRCC asks for it?

this is what sponsorship letter said so i thought it will be better to get the certificate and submit it . Also my parents will come to Canada soon i have already applied super visa so it would be better for me to get it upfront ( usually its valid for 1 year ) so i wont have to deal with BLS here in canada to get police clearance . lol

Police Certificate: The principal applicant and their dependant family member (if applicable) must provide police certificates from:  The country where they currently live, and  Any country they have resided for a period of six months or longer since the age of 18. Your relative is required to obtain the police certificate from that country’s law enforcement authorities. Please send a copy of the original police certificate to this office as soon as they receive it. what about for the second part : Passport or birth - whose details these should be? Applicants?
Also, the last part where it asks for how many members are on the application - if its mom & Dad then entering 2 is correct right?

I used PA's info for all linked work as I assumed bio or med check requests are all for them. The number I use 4 as two sponsors and two parents in my household.

UCI on Sponsor Approval is for the sponsor not the Applicant.

I just linked it on my 2nd try, I used application number and PA name.

All I can see under application status is "We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you.".
Did you link the application to sponsor or PA account?

Hi guys, I wonder if anyone can help me or have similar experience. I recently submitted ppg sponsorship application and got 2 emails back from ircc. 1 is asking imm5768 financial evaluation. 2 is option c for sponsor. My confusion is I have included imm5768 with sin and signature, so ircc should be able to access all the information they want. Is this standard procedure to ask for option c? Or maybe I had wrong signature since I typed my name instead of signing it. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks
