Parents are in Canada and super visa is about to expiring

Your parents should be returning to their home country for a significant time to reestablish their ties. If they want to stay for under 6 months they can attempt to get a TRV but if they are already in Canada their TRV application is much weaker than applying from home country.

That make sense, so just to confirm and end this thread - they can stay in Canada even after Oct 2024 (came 2 months ago) without any extension on their expired super visa ?

Yes as long as no specific date was stamped upon entry
