We updated them PCC for my parents but we didn’t send my brother’s PCC and we emailed to ircc that why they don’t ask Pcc for my brother. Let’s hope they get us back soon

We received medical report request for my mom June 28th pre arrival invitation on 29th of June. Request for police report July 24th. Medical test was done July 2nd and the hospital said the report has been sent to IRCC. Now on the portal it says “
  • We did not receive the results of your required medical exam. Check your medical exam request message below for details.“

Please what should I do?
