Hey guys. We submitted our pgp application in 2021 and did our medical and biometrics in sep 2022 after that it was completely silence. And we got medical again in January 2024 and some forms to update. Anybody in same boat? And anyone know how much time they will take for decision?

I just received (what I think) is the medical request for my mothers application which was submitted December 6, 2021. Something I am curious about is in the client information section of IMM1017E, the address provided is my old house address in Canada. My mother is in India. The question I have is:
1) Should it not be her address back in India in that space?
2) I had sent a webform to IRCC informing my address change but looks like they have not seen it. How can I get it updated before it is late for medical as for webforms there is usually a delay of 10 - 15 days and the medical should be done in 30 days
I received passport request letter on Feb 20th. Letter indicated Manila visa office. My mil is in Canada so she will do virtual landing and I've communicated that to Manila visa office. Anyone else on the same boat? How long did it take till the office responded back? TIA!

I believe your application is in PGP2021 cycle. Going by different posts my take is that Vancouver office is either heavily understaffed or bunch of procrastinators. In either case if you are from 2021 cycle and hence past 24 months current processing time they most likely will not sleep over the medical. And you should call IRCC and keep calling every week as now they cannot give you the loose argument that you have not hit the average processing time. I so much wish IRCC has processing times by Visa office. My money would be on Vancouver office being the worst performer. Mississauga office has processed PGP files in under a year. So a fifth grade school kid can tell that the average processing time has gone up because of Vancouver office.
Hi,
IRCC will not respond to query on any of your applications unless it has exceeded the processing time. You must check and see how long it usually takes to process your type of application. If its still within that timeline then they wont reply. Here in BC it is like that for another type of application i did.
Patience.
