I was in a similar problem and I submitted a query to Delhi Visa office . This is the email I got that u can submit in different locations,Hope it helps you.

Is there any email id where we can contact NDVO ? I need to know the status of my application. It has been there since April 2019. No updated provided. I tried reaching them multiple times but no one replies.

If you search up by visa office on CIC's website, they provide mailing address and email id to contact the visa office. I can't remember exact email, but search up and you'll find more information than just email id.
Btw, we are in the same boat. Just found out last week that my parents VO is NDVO as well, application has been in process there since probably May/June. Is your/parents medical, PCC etc all done?

I am in same boat. Nothing done!! Nothing at all... Just received an email in May that I am eligible as sponsor and the application has been transferred to New Delhi. No news after that at all. IDK who to contact. I am freaking out a little now.

if they take too long to respond, can we go to boarder for flagpole ?
And after flagpole, if We receive the appointment, what do We do?

congrats.. from a different thread I have seen that they give appointment 2-3 weeks out if you are in GTA, other locations might be different. but they do prioritize based on COPR expiry, current status expiry.

You can still go for flagpole if you want to.

No Medical/PCC has been requested yet. They asked for few documents and are reviewing the submitted documents. Background check process has not started yet.

I believe NDVO is very slow. I believe once they ask for any information from you, they again put that file in the last and start processing other files. Its very annoying. I contacted them several times but they don't reply.

They are taking a while to do so now. I am seeing 3 weeks just to see update and 4th week to send back. Hopefully end of the week or early next week will have update.

Ours were delivered on Sep 26,
Approved- Cic Account on 17 Oct,
COPR and pp received back on 21 Oct

However, my friend’s were delivered the same day, no update as of now

it seems they are taking 3 to 5 weeks to finalize. But keep in mind, background check and eligibility are already decided/ completed before sending ppr, it’s just that they have not updated. Once they print COPR, they will update with the back date.

I received Medical ,police certificate and Pre-arrival letter today.SS line 168

one question: My mother left UAE in 2013 and they asked PC for UAE, any suggestion about this or someone in same situation how they resolved it?

Thay have to get finger print form or card attested by ministry of foreign affairs of the country where the are residing, then after that get that fingerprint form verified by uae embassy.

When u have that form apply online. And send that fingerprint form vial mail to the concerned department in uae.

Above was advised by uae embassy here in Canada when i called them.
