1 . For financial form I filled line 150 from my T4 for each financial year that is the gross income for each year. You have to do it for last 3 financial year that is 15,16 and 17 and it is also asking for present year income till date as well.
2. You can find your UCI number on your landing paper on top right side of your copy it says Clint id.
3. In additional family form yes in your mom form you have to fill her name as applicant.
4 . You are right if they don’t have any dependent over 18 then only your parents have to fill their own.

1. Background Declaration from - Can we put the UCI from his visitor VISA?
2. Marriage Certificate - My mom has passed away and they had no marriage certificate before she passed away. I am checking with different authorities in India and they are saying very different answers. Some says they can still get Marriage certificate some says they cannot. Any suggestions from who has face similar situation or any solution that I can keep as a plan B if that doesn’t workout

Yes use that UCI , it’s for entire life. If the spouse is deceased then you have to present death certificate . Marrige certificate only if both parents are alive.

Estimated until August. Try to add couple of pay stubs to prove your earnings.

Yeah for present year write your gross income from latest pay stub and marriage certificate is not required if one of the parents is deceased then need the death certificate of the deceased as per the guide

For copy of passport, do we need copy of the last page with the signature? If so, do I need to get the passport translated as there is a section of Notice above the signature which is not in English/French. FYI, the bio page is in both native language and English.

Just to make sure in IMM5406 it says to write both in English and native language. Native language is countries first language and mother tongue is your first language. So which one we should use?

I think you can use the native language in which you done studies other than english(subject)

You just needed the first page of passport and as you indicated it's been in both languages then yes this should work and you don't need any translation
