Anyone know how long it takes Ottawa to return passport?
Also, does my mum have to land where I'm located? or can she land in any province?
I live in toronto but she is currently visiting family in Winnipeg so its easier for her to land there

I finally have an update!

October 8 - police certificate request
November 15 - status tool changed to Decision made for the principal applicant

I received a medical surveillance undertaking form. It says that landing in Canada is conditional upon reporting to a provincial health clinic within 30 days of the admission to Canada as a permanent resident. Does this mean a separate health exam is required once they arrive in Canada (I thought OHIP coverage does not begin right away)?

Other than this medical undertaking form, I didn't receive any correspondence or instructions. Is the next step waiting for a pre-arrival service letter or passport request?

Sorry, another question now.

My parents already have Visa's for Canada, and are from Pakistan- a non- exempt country. Do they still need to send their original passports?

The instructions say if you require a visa, which they already have. But not sure it applies to people who require visas because of the passport they have, or just people who would need a visa for entering Canada. Hope Im making sense here

Today I got an update on gc account. It says supporting documents required:
Replacement Needed - Proof of Relationship
Replacement Needed - Supplementary Information - your Travels
Replacement Needed - Details of Government service
Replacement Needed - Proof of Relationship
All are mandatory . So for Supplementary Information - your Travels and Details of Government service what should we upload? These were part of the forms which we had filled when we submitted the application. Should we submit the same form again or anything else we need to do? Please let me know. Thanks

how do you change the passport office?

The PPR request form has an email in it that you can email to. You need to mention urgent in the heading for them to reply. Normal response times are 28 days. I was given an updated PPR in less than 24hrs

My MIL applied under 2018 PGP for Quebec. Sponsor is DM and Quebec issued CSQ already. She is in Canada currently on SuperVisa.
The last communication we had from IRCC -Mississauga is a generic email to submit PCC, Travel Information, copies of documents from India etc.

Since then I am waiting. Can someone tell what happens next?
I dont know what we are waiting for actually?

I see my status of PR Changed to Decision Made as of November 12, 2019, after they had requested additional information about Military and travel history in July 2019, but have not received anything, any idea how long it takes from there. London VO.
