There is no problem in that, they can live any where they want to across Canada.

Applied in August 2018， and just got passport request letter from Hong Kong. Check nearby VAC’s (Beijing) website, they mention Appendix B needs to be completed, but there is no Appendix B in my email, only Appendix A-photo is included. Anyone knows what’s Appendix B and where to find it?

Secondly, the application was submitted in August 2018, need to get biometrics for landing?

Thirdly, the VAC representative said we will also need to submit old passports if we mentioned entry/exit information from old passports( we did mention in personal history/address history when asked for since age of 18), any one still got Visa stamped without submitting old passports?

Yes my parents got the visa till 02/28/2020 exactly one year from the date their medical got passed/

No you only need COPR, no additional photos aare needed

check ECAS tomorrow, if you were waiting from a while, they usually have DM the next day. I had the same thing. BC check wasn't progress and PCC was asked in March 2019. Suddenly on 9 August BC checks updated in progress and DM on the same day. However, no PPR yet and lots of applicants are waiting for PPR from weeks/months

It took them 3 business days to send out passports. Stamped on August 28. Sent back on Sep 2, received on Sep 4.

Honestly, this is some real patience testing...there have been some complications with our application and my parents have been waiting for more than 2 years now!!!
