Any ideas how long does it take usually?

Nope, for some people it took 3 weeks, I seen @Cravethe6th has got after 1.5 months. Did you call cic for it? I have DM on 9 Aug and their are few similar to my date hasn't received it either

Anyone got any update from Ottawa? Still nothing for me since the medical passed on April 1st.
Also, in my application status it's showing need additional documents to process your application, but I have not received any email from CIC. Should I contact CIC?

Sign in at your cic account and click on View submitted application or upload documents if any document is required by CIC it should show up.

we have got decision made on the online Tool checker, however we have gone into our file on the immigration website and it says "Document replacements Overdue". we didn't upload our documents via that method, we sent them Via Webmail and also Via Post. Has anyone had similar issues? we are now thinking our case has been rejected and are panicking!

Just call them the agent will let you know whether they got your documents or not
