Update:
Received Oct15 passport back from LVO with immigrant visa and confirmation of PR document. The expiry of immigrat visa is expiry date of medical (i.e. until July 2019 in our case)

I'm planing to sponsor my mother, she doesn't have her birth certificate,can i still sponsor her with other documents like my birth certificate, both of our passports and her other ID's proofs from home country etc.. or applicants birth certificate is mandatory ?

Hi Yulia, They didn’t mention LVO in the letter only file no. and acknowledgement to be accepted in cap2018 pgp and receipt of payment. If DM date is “decision made” then I am not at this stage yet.
Although CPC Mississauga mentioned but that’s CPC for everyone I believe. BTW I was able to link my application after several attempts but I want to applaud for organizing such a helpful spreadsheet with all the necessary information and data, hats off to your efforts. Once again thanks

There is no requirement of birth certificate of parents as such , only birth certificate of the sponsor is required to establish the relationship. For parents only passport is needed.

Randomly checked my CIC today and I have request for Supplementary Travel info (for principal applicant only?), Police Certificate and RPRF. Not sure if I just missed this when they sent me the medical request but all is due Nov 9.

Their Medical got over and on system it got updated on 2nd October that Medical was received.
Application was done from India and I am in BC who is sponsoring them.

as per the table, no one whose case is processed in Hong Kong has received PPR...... does it mean HK office is significantly slower?
